This invaluable experience has become a driving force in my life and career, fostering a desire to connect with the richness of people's hearts and minds. ​With over 25 years of experience in the cosmetics and lifestyle sectors of multinational companies, I have dedicated myself to the development of brand businesses across a wide range of areas, including Store development, Sales, Education, Recruitment, Retail operations, Supply chain management, Marketing, PR communications, Advertising, Product development, Digital strategies, and CRM. ​In the challenging Japanese fragrance market, I successfully created a new lifestyle and gifting market enveloped in fragrance, introducing a new brand and achieving a top market share. My focus has always been on devising customer-centric solutions to build high-performing teams in retail, ensuring we deliver excellence in every aspect of the customer experience. In addition, through advisory services for business development and investment projects in the beauty and wellness sector of a general trading company, I have gained valuable insights into the processes of sustainable value creation and corporate resilience enhancement in investment businesses. This experience has equipped me with a diverse perspective on nurturing and advancing innovative business initiatives, making me a valuable asset in driving growth and success. In March 2025, I established Tokyo Gale LLC, a co-creation consulting firm specializing in Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, and Organizational and Talent Management, to support companies aiming for business expansion in the Japanese market and to assist foreign enterprises wishing to enter this market.
